On Aug. 18, 2011, China Lucky Film Corporation and ChangZhou Evergreen Investment Co. Ltd. set up a joint venture named ChangZhou Lucky Film High–Performance Material Co. Ltd. The Registered Capital for the new company is 70 million RMB, while China Lucky Film Corporation invested 46.9 million RMB and shares 67% of the equity and ChangZhou Evergreen Investment Co. Ltd. Invested 23.1 million RMB and shares 33% of the equity.
The new company is located on GuiHua Road 29，ZhongLou Economic Development Zone, ChangZhou ,JiangSu Province. Its business scope is: polyester, nano materials and high performance materials manufacturing and sales; Polyester engineering technology consulting services and technology transfer; chemical products and chemical raw materials (except dangerous goods) marketing; import and export business, etc. The company is to provide optical mother material for HeFei Lucky Science & Technology Industry Co. Ltd. The establishment of the company is conducive to sustain high quality and propriety technology advantages for Lucky’s optical film.
