LUCKY COLOR FILM SUPER GBR200

LUCKY COLOR FILM SUPER GBR200
Lucky Super GBR200 color film is the third generation of daylight color film, which is developed by Chine Lucky Film Corporation. It is the latest generation product with high definition, which is of the same series of Lucky Super GBR200 color film.
¡¡¡¡It has got a considerable progress on granularity, definition, color reproduction, exposure latitude, latent image stability and physical characteristics.
It be used under sunlight, electronic flash and blue flash.

SENSITIVE PROPERTIES

--Sensitivity

The speed marked on film is ISO200/24¡ã. When the temperature of shooting light source is 5,500K, the curve of sensitive properties is as Diagram 1.

--Contrast

Lucky Super GBR200 color film has a suitable medium-grey contrast so as to reproduce the original gradation of the scenery.

--Exposure Latitude

Adopting the multi-layer technology in both red, green and blue sensitive layers in Super GBR200, the three sensitive curves have good straight line, which makes the exposure latitude wider from 1.5EV to +3EV.

--Interlayer Effect

Due to the adoption of new DIR coupler, DIR compounds and DIAR coupler, Super GBR200 obtains strong interlayer effect. The single color contrast is improved and the color saturation is strengthened, therefore, the image of Supe GBR200 becomes sharp, bright and saturated.

--Spectrum Characteristics

The Spectrum sensitivity curve of Super GBR200 shown in Diagram 2 has cut off in the UV part which makes the image not cyan when the illumination exists a lot of UV rays or the objects have strong reflection in UV part. Meanwhile, the blue-sensitive layer is sensitized spectrally and the blue-sensitive peak becomes obvious. The red sensitive and green sensitive layers have a sensitized peak respectively and the film records the color of objects realistically because of the saturation of peak.

--Reciprocity failure

Owing to the application of multi-layer flat-grain silver halide microcrystal with adulteration of heavy metal ion, the effect of reciprocity failure is eased and it basically solves the high intensity reciprocity failure in flash light photography.

DETAIL PROPERTIES

--Granularity

With the adoption of modern balanced multi-jet synthetic technology in the emulsion making, the emulsion crystal of multi-layer flat grain becomes uniform, regular and small-sized.
The adoption of fuzzy coupler in some secsitive layers is helpful to make image particle petty and reduce particle size visually.
The third grneration DIR compounds adopted in the sensitive layer brings good interlayer effect.
The adoption of new technologies gives Super GBR200 petty particle and good texture sensation.

--Resolving power

With the application of new flat-grain silver halide microcrystal, the thickness of the coating is greatly reduced and its resolving power is increased to 100c/mm(1000:1). With the combined application of new DIR, DIAR compounds, the edge of the image becomes sharper and the pictures become more beautiful. Dirgram 3 is to show the MTF of Super GBR200.

PROCESSING PROPERTIES

--Fast silver bleaching speed

Due to the adoption of te penetration and bleach technology and compounds concerned, the silver bleaching speed of the film processing is increased. Therefore, Super GBR200 can completely adapt C-41RA and Lucky G-70RA rapid access.

--The application of new mask technology improves the color reality and Super GBR200 is compatible with Kodak channel. Diagram 4 is the spectrum dye density curve.

COATING STRUCTURE

Lucky Super GBR200 color film has 16 coating layers, see diagram 5

SAFE ILLUMINATION

The film handling requires total darkness. If necessary, the dark green safelight lamp at 0.5m from film can be used for 30 seconds at most. The lamp can be Lucky safelight filter LZ-7 or Kodak safelight filter No.7 or other equivalent filters which has transmitting range of 520nm to 540nm.

PROCESSING

The film is intended for processing with Lucky G-70,G-70RA or Kodak process C-41 or other equivalents.

MARK

On 135 size film edges, there are latent image printed words "LUCKY SUPER GBR200" and consecutive frame numbers S, SA, 1, 1A, 2, 2A, up to 12 and 12A or 24A or 36 and 36A as well as 31 digits latent image doubleway bar code which can freely select the frame number, etc. They appear clearly after processing.

On 120 size film interleaf and the package boxes of both 135 and 120 size film, the following content are printed: LUCKY trade mark, film name, ISO speed, emulsion number, expiry date, process and manufacturer, etc.. On 135 film cartridge, DX code is printed. Both the DX code and latent image bar code are shown in the following Form1.

STORAGE

All of high temperature, high humidity, radiation and chemical gas do harm to the photographic and physical properties of the film, therefore, the film should be kept in the original package in dry, cool, radiation free and chemical gas free places. The general recommendatory storage temperature and relative humidity are respectively below 13¡æ and 65%.

REMARK

The film stored at low temperature should be conditioned at room temperature for 1or 2 hours before opening the package for shooting in order to prevent condensation of the film. The photographic properties of film may change during aging, therefore, the film should be used with the expiry date. The film loaded in camera should be shot and the exposed film should be processed as soon as possible.

The data and curves in this data sheet are the results under the conditions of standard exposure, process and sensing instrument. They are only an average evaluation of products and not equal to that of any certain box or roll of film.
